6 x Weekly 45 minute 1:1 calls with Kate, during these we will not only discuss the growth subject of the week but also bring through messages and communication from your Spirit Team, Astrology & Human Design to help you understand your spiritual journey, not just currently but throughout your Souls timeline
Weekly activities, rituals, workbooks & tools to help you practice what we learn and integrate these practices into your life for the long term
Direct support throughout the 6 weeks - message through questions, wins, challenges, breakthroughs in between our calls! *
A 45 minute reflection call at the conclusion of your 6 week capsule, the goal of this is to help you create a path forward to truly align your spirituality with your everyday life & purpose for the long term!
